Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you'll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. However, the current inexperienced inspectors will make it through the loophole and be grandfathered in just like the ones who boast the smaller digit license numbers got grandfathered in years back, when a license wasn't even required by the state to inspect a home. Now the "low digits" are charging you more than the rest because they want you to believe they know more because they are License #4 for instance.
