up to 10 years old are my specialty and preference. However, I will inspect older properties if my schedule
allows. Listed below is general pricing of services I would normally provide:
| Homes less than 25 years old up to 1500 heated square feet base rate (Minimum Charge): | $300.00 |
| Condominiums less than 25 years old up to 1500 heated square feet base rate (Minimum Charge): | $275.00 |
| Additional
charge for homes outside general Winston Salem areas (approx 30-50 mi.): Examples are: Greensboro, Burlington, High Point, Yadkinville, East Bend, Salisbury | $25.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1975-1990 up to 1500 heated square feet will have an additional charge of: | $25.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1960-1975 up to 1500 heated square feet will have an additional charge of: | $50.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1945-1960 up to 1500 heated square feet will have an additional charge of: | $75.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1930-1945 up to 1500 square feet will have an additional charge of: | $100.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1915-1930 up to 1500 square feet will have an additional charge of: | $125.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built between 1900-1915 up to 1500 square feet will have an additional charge of: | $150.00 |
| Age adjustment for homes built before 1900 up to 1500 square feet will have an additional charge of: | $200.00 |
| Footage over 1500 square feet for homes under 25 years old per square foot over
1500. Note: If the actual footage is unknown or unreported the high side of the MLS range is used for pricing. | $00.15 |
