Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you'll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what you're looking for, how can you be sure there aren't potentially serious unknown defects which can make your investment in your future a costly one. You would be amazed at the number of  Home Inspectors licensed by our state daily who also boast a Contractors license BUT have never even built the first home.They wouldn't know where to start if given the chance.

As a Home Inspector/Real Estate Consultant, I'm offering you a true alternative to the franchise companies.  For one this is not my main source of income and  two This is a PRIVATE business, NOT an internet franchise!  I can offer my services for less because I don't have to charge more to pay for the franchises commission. I love the construction field, it's my livelyhood. I've been in the business long enough to recognize the "BS" most of these inexperienced inspectors are selling. They are simply NOT giving you the service you think you're getting. They'll tell you it takes 2-4 hours to inspect a home (check their websites). I've been onsite at virtually every inspection of every home I've built and sold. I've never seen an inspector take more than 45 minutes, UNLESS...the client was there watching them!
Do a simple internet search on Google.
You'll find the quickest most profitable,
new start up business is...you guessed it,
a Home Inspecting FRANCHISE!
 
It is sadly one of the biggest reasons this area is swamped with amatuer inspectors that have 
absolutely no clue and
they're trying out their
new "get-rich-quick" scheme on Y-O-U. 
Listen, I can't even tell you how many times, I've witnessed some of these new, so-called experts, hired to inspect a new home by a buyer, not knowing this information, of course. They'll walk in the house with their chest stuck out, acting like they own the place (I can spot them a mile away LOL), acting like they know what they're doing. Then write up some of the craziest things I've ever heard in their report. I'm telling you the truth. I've caught them at it in my own homes! 

Help me stop the BULL...

 
Please don't patronize these jokers. I'm not telling you how to spend your money, thats your business. I'm here to tell you there is an undeniable difference, you probably didn't know about until now. I call my inspections the "NO-BULL" Home Inspection because I'm tired of these assembly line inspectors giving the construction business a bad name and writing reports about something they know nothing about. Most of these people won't survive the business because of that fact.
I'm not going to shoot you a line of useless UN-qualified opinions. I'm not in this to waste your time or mine. My job is to tell you exactly what I find, nothing more nothing less and then it's the buyers responsibility to make the final call."
